This gorgeous little boutique hotel has been beautifully styled and is incredibly comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful little touches to appreciate. The staff are super sweet, friendly and attentive to every little request. Just a few minutes bicycle ride to the old town of Hoi An, they provide new complimentary bicycles and were kind enough to arrange smaller ones for our kids. The guest outside pool was a perfect spot for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here very much and highly recommend.

太脏，服务太差浴室和卫生间隔开的玻璃很脏，地毯又破又脏，而且没有更换。黄色的床单很旧。空调也不凉。躺了30分钟，晚上11点半就不得不付两间房的钱。我以前住过这里，今天介绍给家人住，结果完全失望了。

Một căn nhà cũ được sửa lại theo phong cách địa trung hải, hồ bơi đẹp không cần thêm filter, mọi thứ đều tốt, chỉ có một vấn đề là khoá cửa phòng mình bị trục trặc, mỗi lần đi đâu về đều phải gọi lễ tân mở giúp.

Trên cả tuyệt vời. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Có dịch vụ book xe từ đón mình từ Đà Nẵng vào Hội An giá khá mềm, tài xế thân thiện, dễ thương. Chỗ ở đẹp và không quá nhiều phòng và khách nên cũng yên tĩnh. Rất nên đến đây nha 💜

mình đã làm vỡ chân đèn ngủ (chân đèn là bình gốm) phải đền tiền là 2,8tr. khách sạn nói là đèn đặt làm mình thấy giá đó hơi đắt. khách sạn không có thang máy, hành lý phải xách tay leo thang bộ giá mình đặt tầm 1,4tr/đêm nhưng mình thấy không chuyên nghiệp như khách sạn 4 sao, phòng nhỏ. bạn nào thích yên tĩnh thì nên ở

Jujur, saya merasa harga kamar yang mereka berikan terlalu tinggi. Rasanya seperti tidak menginap di hotel satu jutaan rupiah per malam, melainkan menginap di kamar tamu (yang bagus) di rumah teman. Karena hanya dua lantai dan tak ada elevator, saya harus mengangkat koper 30kg saya ke lantai 2 dengan tangga. Saya tidak enak hati karena petugas hotel yang bertugas saat itu hanya wanita mungil (yang sangat ramah dan membantu.) Selain kamar, pintu masuk, dan kolam kecil yang Instagramable, rumah The Mansion terasa kurang didekor dengan baik. Lokasi juga relative jauh dari ancient town Hoi An. Terlepas dari itu, hotel ini tidak mengecewakan.

It’s very nice hotel. This hotel is good location and near by the old city Hoi An . I stay there for 1 night and staff very friendly and kindness. They have bicycles you can borrow and ride to the old city about 10 minutes. I really happy to stay here :)
