很不錯的一次體驗,酒店職員很熱情,環境很舒適,我們住的房間就在私人沙灘旁,原本以為會有很多蚊子,結果一隻蚊子也沒隨,酒店有shuttle bus來往會安,晚上班次一小時一班,第一天晚上出去回來後發現職員幫我把房間收拾了並在床上房了一張越南小故事的紙張,床邊還放了2顆朱古力,酒店早餐雖然選擇不多,但是質素不錯的,游泳是24小時的吹著海風享受很不錯,下次還會再來的

这次是和家人一起出游，酒店是一大亮点！很有情调！我们每天都游泳晒太阳，孩子们玩得很尽兴。活动区风景简直美不胜收，全部都是西方面孔，不说还以为去了夏威夷。服务人员也很nice。饮食方面酒店也做得很好，每晚有不同主题的show观看，边欣赏边就餐是种享受。酒店还设儿童玩乐的地方是免费的，需然房间很小，但这点可以体现到酒店的细心。不足的地方就是我们连住4晚酒店没有更换床铺，卫生方面的确要改进一下。

スタッフさんはみんな親切でとても優しかったです。部屋はオーシャンビューで予約していたのですがそうではなかったのと、道路に面しているため早朝に車が通っていて騒音はかなり強かったです。朝6時ぐらいに交通の騒音で目が覚まして寝れなかったです。それ以外は良かったです。

I had a lovely stay and was extremely well looked after by the lovely, friendly team. I was upgraded to a sea-facing room which was very special! The food was great with a mix of Vietnamese and international cuisine. There was a small issue with the minibus collecting guests from Hoi An town - he did not communicate his presence, and I was unable to locate him! This was easily resolved by a cab ride. It did not spoil my fantastic stay there.

The Victoria is the best u will get at Cu Dai beach and it’s a favourite of ours after 4 stays over the years. However u need to measure expectation with reality ! Location is stunning but property is old and needs refurbished! The junior suites are still good but the property just lacks attention to detail ! The reception staff are ok .. security and pool staff amazing! Bar and restaurant staff lack enthusiasm. The manager was present but not really engaging or interested sadly! Having stayed in town at La siesta .. customer service is outstanding.. we were spoiled! As long as we go here expecting a good 3 star u will not be disappointed but it’s bu no means the 5 star luxury advertised ! It’s still got a soft spot for us and just willing it to become better at the the little details !

Alles hat gestimmt. Angefangen von der Abholung vom Bahnhof in Danang, obwohl wir mehr als 1 Stunde Verspätung hatten, bis komfortables Zimmer direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Menschen hier sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Punkt, der zu einer perfekten Bewertung fehlt, ist der Preis des Essens und Getränke im Hotel. Es hat europäisches Niveau, welches ungefähr ein Mittelklasse Restaurant in Deutschland entspricht.

The property had access to the beach, pool, and it was not far from Hoi An Old Town. We were able to do daily excursions conveniently. They are currently doing heavy construction to preserve the beach area off the coast in front of the hotel.

We had booked a oceanfront room only to see that there were heavy construction work going on immediately in front of the room. We tried to cancel the reservation but the resort would not give us back the pre paid room charge or part of it. So we were kind of held hostage here for six days. Other from the construction work the resort is nice and in a couple of month I guess when it’s over it will be perfectly ok to stay here. Dissappointing that they didn’t inform about the work at time of booking. We felt cheated.

Très bel hôtel, bel plage, très bien entretenu. Les chambres avec vue sur la mer sont splendides, buffet de petit déjeuner parfait. Pour se promener le soir, très proche de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Le personnel est au petit soin, sans en faire "trop".
