it's very fun and exciting during our holiday.

I went there and proudly using the QR code given to me via email but it doesn't allow me to go through. I've panicked and stranded for about 20-30min at the gate. A few staff came and help me out but the same thing happened, the QR code wasn't detected by the gate (while watching the rest of the tourists went abroad already). Luckily one of the staff allowed me to go in first and she will check with the PIC regards with that matter. How I wish I just use the kiosk instead of your website instead since there are very less people during that time.

Memudahkan. Tidak perlu beratur untuk membeli tiket. Tetapi mengambil masa yang lama semasa membuat tempahan kerana perlu memasukkan semua nama terlibat. Dan lambat semasa masuk kerana perlu membuka telefon bimbit. Memudahkan semasa waktu puncak.

overall the ride was excellent. the website should have more information regarding tickets for kids. my children were below 90cm but we bought tickets for them only to find out that they can ride for free

Easy with just one tap. No need to que at the counter. However, need to fill up details for all passenger. I have 8 passengers and need to get all their data. Haih. Bought from other app, no need to fill up the data. Voucher cannot be used to scan for entry however it's still valid, just let the staff know.
