Pelayanan CS aka mbak2 depan, kayak taik. Ga niat kerja ato emang ga becus aja woi? Mending gw ilang duit bisa cari lagi drpd ngadepin CS yg kelakuan kayak taik. Oh soal treatment, ndengerinnya aja ribet. Meaning lu2 yg mau beli treatment di sini mikir 1000x/baca baek2 tuh review2 jelek yg numpuk di Google. Mending cari salon lain mahal dikit tapi pelayanan PROFESSIONAL dan anti ribet! Buat yg jaga depan, semua mbak2 yg kayak taik servicenya: sehat2 deh lo pada, gw santet lu semua:) For the management: shame on you, better to hire more educated/well manner receptionists than those assholes

sistem yg muse buat tidak praktis, dari awal pemesanan voucher, saya coba kontak ke tempat melalui telpon yg tercantum tidak bisa dihubungi. setelah booking melalui traveloka, saya dtg ke tempat ternyata harus booking lagi untuk konsultasi doang di hari berbeda, setelah konsultasi, harus booking lagi untuk treatmennya. 2x bolak balik untuk gitu doang, biaya transport Dan waktu kebuang bgt.

untuk tau flow dan procedures gimana, harus cek ig nya musee. cek highlightsnya, lumayan membantu dan memberi gambaran. jgn tau2 dtg untuk redeem voucher tanpa cek dulu, biar gak kaget dan salah alamat marah-marahin staff padahal kitanya yg gak cek ricek dan salah asumsi. so far so good and I'm happy with my purchase for life time membership!

The staffs are all friendly and give the complete explanation about the service and everything, but there is only 1 room available for all the service and it’s not looking really clean when I get in. But so far so good

Will be starting my first treatment next week, so still cannot review it according to the treatment side. But for the consultation before treatment, it’s great, because they mention clearly what things that we have to do and don’t before treatment. Cannot wait for the treatment!
