Terapis yg sangat ramah telaten dan tersedia ruang khusus bagi yg berhijab

I've booked 2 services with this salon. The redemption process went well, even if the opening hour is not as per stated. The manicure session went well until the staff cut the cuticle too deep until its bleed. She did tell sorry, and I did appreciate it. They don't have any antiseptic/bandaid, so I used mine instead. Maybe the salon need to provide a first aid kit for future/emergency purpose. The second services is bond infuse. The bond infuse process went well, but when one of the staff dried my hair (I guess that person was the manager), she did offer me some additional services that I should take for about 3 times or more. Even after I politely refuse, she kept insisting, until I said clearly that I didn't want the services.

Semuanya okey kecuali ada biaya tambahan lagi cuci rambut, ngeringkan rambut...

lebih ahli yg di cabang lain deh. di sini hasil curly tdk sesuai ekspektasi dan tdk sesuai foto

Sangat nyaman, bikin pengen balik lagi. Servicenya bener bener perfect

Staff penerima customernya attitudenya tidak ok, kurang ramah dan kurang mengerti prosedur voucher redemption. Saya menunggu selama 1 jam dari schedule sesuai appointment. Overall pelayanan May May Pakuwon Mall Surabaya buruk. Hanya therapistnya yg cukup ok

Kurang menyenangkan intinya... Sdh 2x saya ke may may salon yg di pakuwon, malah yg pertama salah perawatan, saya bayar perawatan kulit kepala dikasih yg batang rambut... ya walopun akhirnya diganti tp kan merepotkan... yg kedua malah ga sopan, saya udah nunjukan voucher traveloka masih ditanya perawatan yg apa. Berikutnya selesai keramas, saya tau ada ruangan khusus utk yg berhijab jd tertutup, tp saya diarahkan ke kursi umum... lagi lagi saya kecewa... ya walopun akhirnya diarahkan ke ruang tertutup, tp kan ya sdh terlanjur saya keluar dg rambut basah. trs sebelum perawatan saya ga dikeramasi. beda bgt pokoknya stafnya dg yg di cabang lain... tolong lah buat pelanggan itu betah, kalo bukan krn dekat rmh saya ga mungkin pilih yg pakuwon!

Good place, nice staff and affordable price

I was called them 1 day before my arrival and make an appointment at 2pm, after I came, I feel like they didn't paying some attention, only one staff was greeting me and must wait 15 minutes for hair wash. Maybe I received this treatment because I used traveloka voucher? The hair cutting is good but nothing special compare the other salon with the same price. And yes, I was got the L'Oreal vitamin just like they described in the package.
