这个地方真是太棒了。但看起来仍在学习的治疗师已经明白了。因此，当我的丈夫得到一个已经是专家的人时，我却不喜欢它。一路上，我的丈夫称赞了他的治疗师，因为水疗后他感觉身体很轻松。我会再来这里，但我需要确保能找到一位好的治疗师😁👍

for me it’s a bit overrated and over priced, first, the room so smell weird, i dont like the smell, second: the massage are just moderate, not a really skillfull therapist, for 2hrs service, the massage and mask are just one hour, i dont think i will recommend this spa to anyone

Beautiful, peaceful location, skilled massage therapists, clean treatment room. Welcome drink and post-massage tea was a nice, too. Best massage experience in Bali!

Paling special massage disini adalah kita bisa denger suara air terjun, di pijit sampai ketiduran. Untuk jacuzzinya sepertinya busanya kebanyakan jadi pas kita pakai ga dinyalain lg mesinnya. Ga berasa jacuzzi sih jadinya. Pijitnya kita pilih yg hard, cukup berasa. Namun pas mandi dikasih handuk, handuknya agak bau lembab.

Hands down the best spa I’ve had! From the moment you entered the hotel they took you to the spa with buggy then the staff welcomed you with refreshment drink, the massage was excellent, the view of the room was superb, and it was the best jacuzzi! Highly recommended will definitely come back for my next Bali trip

I don't have the chance to take any pictures or videos of the Spa because I was so amazed by it! The location, the services, the room, the staff's skills of massaging and especially i LOVE the waterfall! I highly reccomend this to others who wants to feel relax and soothe at the same time. Definitely will come back! ❤️

First of all, the receptionist gave us welcome drink cinnamon mix with lemon and sugar. Then the therapist show us the room. The room itself is semi outdoor connect to the nature of waterfall, it has 2 massage beds, jacuzzi and shower room inside the room. We had hot stone massage here bought the voucher from traveloka, the therapist hand is soft but pressing with enough power. After 90 min massage session, our body feel relieved and refreshed again. The massage itself is so relaxing with additional natural waterfall sound as the relaxing music and natural wind (no aircon). Overall we like it very much and will come back again. Lastly they provide us with a ginger tea and called a buggy car from the hotel to pick us up at the spa. Nice experience👍🏼

Kesini karena lihat di tiktok. Pas lagi honeymoon dan pengen spa sama suami ku. Ternyata bener2 bagus bgt, beli voucher di traveloka gak ribet sama sekali. Kita jg dpt couple room. Therapist nya ramah bgt blm pernah massage dengan therapist seramah itu. Superb Sanctoo Spa ❤️🥰

there is a questionnaire that you need to fill in before going into the treatment, so the therapist would know which area you want to focus on, how strong the massage should be, is there any illness, mask on/off preferences, etc and they follow accordingly which was really great
