contact them for reservations, got info the branch at penggilingan has been closed. at least the customer service qolore and traveloka can solved this then I got refund.

Terrible attitude, no privacy, not hygienic. Staff's belongings were scattered everywhere. Not enough tools (staff just exchanged tools with others in the middle of treatment). Not fulfilling any standard hygienic place for a wax or nail treatment.

Really great staff and good service.
