I arrived 8.45 pm and the outlet close 9.30 pm. My kids are so exciting to play. Then, when I redeem my purchase, all staff in Timezone Purwokerto doesn't know how to do it, kindly disappointing 'cause they took more than 20 minutes only to give the Timezone card. My kids have only very short time to play. The staff was ok but they obviously need to be trainee and timezone with Traveloka must provide the proper tools for each outlet, in this case they doesn't have barcode scanner. Thank you.
