I did mysore astanga for the first time. It was quite an experience as it is not a teacher-led session like normal yoga session on the gym/studio.

Yoga instructor was very nice, they have clean rooms, and good vibes. Satisfied with my yoga class today

Teacher was good, but class was a bit noisy in the beginning. Wish for less chats inside the class.
