di hari ulang tahun saya ambil private trip ke bunaken. awal nya sempat ragu sm perjalanannya karna sendiri, heeehe. tapi ternyata gak sia2 karna worth it banget. dapat pemandu yg friendly banget jadi seru sekali selama aktivitas nya😎thanks Traveloka 🙏 buat experience yg seru😍

Got pick up at the hotel on time to the small marina near the mall and waited for half an hour for the boat to come. The boat was decent with 2 crews and we had 2 guides (same guy that picked us up from the hotel). We booked for pruvate trip so only 3 of us plus 4 of the tour crews. Stopped at Bunaken island to pick up the snorkeling gears.Went to the first stop, all 3 of us plus 2 guides were in the water. Great snorkeling time, various fishes. Onto the second stop, only 1 guide came down with us 3, the other one stayed on the boat. We decided to just do 2 spots and went onshore to Bunaken island for lunch. Once on the island, as we need to pay for lost gear, we realized money were missing from our 2 wallets, totalling almost IDR1million. The wallets well all inside zipped bag and mine was opened inside the zipped bag and the money changed places inside my wallet. We didn't confront the crew as we think of our safety and rather wait to get on Manado first. Once we're in Manado, we reported the lost to the authority, whi advised to report to the tour agent and traveloka. So reported tour agebt as well as traveloka. Tour agent kind enough to try to solve but he couldnt get any of the 4 crews to admit. Invited me to meet the 4 crews on the next day to get them to admit but we had to fly early the next morning so case not solved. Advice, whoever book this trip, don't bring money. Just enough to pay for wash maybe bring only 100K per person. Cannot trust the people that taking us, what a shame for Bunaken tourism. First time ever we experienced theft on the boat from the hundred trips we had iso far.

We departed from a harbour at the temporary traditional market, some unpleasant smell and muddy road. The boat was not in good condition. The googles and snorkels provided were of low quality. We had to grab and switch with those belong to our GoPro and an additional guide hired from Bunaken. We had to show the scheduled program to the tour guide that there should be 2 hours of snorkeling/diving before lunch and another 1 hour after lunch, when he insisted the activities finished after 2 spots - and that was before lunch. I was lucky to get a personal guide from Bunaken that I was able to fully enjoy the 3 spots, checking out coral, fish, and turtles. My sister enjoyed her snorkeling accompanied by the tour guide, though they did not find any turtles. Hope the tour provider will improve the service and provide good equipment for snorkeling too.

It was amazing! Best trip in Bunaken! So recommended!

Bagus bgt bunakennya, kalau bisa kita snorkeling sendiri supaya bisa explore lebih banyak, apalagi kalau sm banyak orang, guidenya ga bisa merhatiin semuanya

Terima kasih atas arrangement tour Bunaken, so far sesuai dengan harapan. Walau penjemputan agak terlambat namun terbayar dengan Dolphin dan pasir timbul di pulau Nain. Saran saya saat awal pelaksanaan tour peserta di berikan penjelasan dan briefing apa yang disiapkan dan disediakan oleh provider. Contoh saya perlu fin utk snorkeling, karena saya pikir disediakan saat akan turun ternyata tidak tersedia. Secara keseluruhan tour sudah cukup baik.

Pas buat yg bingung cari temen liburan dan rekomen buat di suatu tempat baru. Thanks Mas Kiki dan Jefri buat nemenin, rekomen deh buat yg punya kelompok kecil tapi ga mau mahal

Servicenya bagus bangeet. Dijemput on time, kapalnya bagus, makan siang di Bunaken, dan tour guide beserta teamnya sangat memperhatikan safety untuk tamunya. Pas snorkeling di guide personal buat nunjukkin spot-spot yg oke. Terus dianter pulang lagi ke hotel. Semuanya friendly dan sangat helpful, really recommended! Thank you

Pengalaman pertama snorkeling, ditemani crew yg berpengalaman, sangat puas. Diajak ke spot snorkeling terbaik di bunaken dan siladen. Bunaken dan siladen bagus banget, ngga rugi pokoknya. Pantai dan terumbu karangnya bagus banget. Keamanan dan kenyamanan sangat diperhatikan oleh crew. Makan siang enak. Recommended banget.

Pengalaman yang luar biasa, pada awalnya agak ragu karena spot yang dipilih sudah rusak terumbu karangnya, pun di spot kedua... Tapi semua terbayar di spot ketiga, terumbu karangnya luar biasa indah, ikannya banyak, dan kura-kura raksasanya woww... Puas sekali mengambil paket ini, mantap!
