Ok. First of all the driver was really polite and respectful. But we didn't know how long we could stay there and checked the travel details and found out could stay only 30 minutes and if we stayed longer than that, we'd be charged extra for the overstay? For the fee we paid, it didn't make me feel you considered this service for customers.
