The hop-on, hop-off format was very useful but the maps & timetable were confusing, and the number of boats arriving & departing at similar times meant we almost boarded the wrong boat several times. Staff at the ticket office had minimal English, Google translate helped but even then questions had to be repeated a few times. Staff at the wharves were too busy & unwilling to share information about which boat was coming in or leaving, or their routes, adding to the uncertainty and confusion. The trip itself was beautiful but surprisingly hot.

a must do activity in bangkok. the boat will stop at several destination, so u can choose and go to the place you like to explore.

Redeem at any pier, just need to find the correct boat counter. Then, you will get the ticket in the form/ design of a mini passport. You can use it all day, both ways, any time you want!

Easy redemption and cheap compare with others boat services we can use the boat unlimited from 09:00 ~ 19:00 to some tourist places (wat arun, icon siam, wat pho, china town, etc) also this boat has toilet so very convenience since there is no toilet in the port. I went with my family and overall service quite good I truly recommended for first comer to book this boat

this is my second time using hop on hop off in bangkok. it was always a pleasant way to explore chao phraya.... can't wait to be in bangkok again. thank you traveloka
