Makanannya sangat buruk, pelayanannya jg parah

The staffs are so friendly. They greeted me & my friend, also helped us to place our luggage. The place is not too big, but it's still cozy.

Tempatnya nyaman, banyak varian makanan, staff nya super, cocok lah untuk tempat menunggu sebelum penerbangan

The lounge name in Traveloka not clear enough, there are two lounge in T3 one is blue sky and other is plaza premium. This one is Blue Sky, so don't expect much. The process booking check-in is slow, and not very welcoming attitude. The atmosphere of the lounge are not comfort at all, everything is narrow. That's because the space really small I think. The choice and spread of food is limited and replenish process very slow. I would better pay for coffee shop nearby and having a rest there.
