The hotel itself is OK but the self-parking facility creates multiple problems. First, my QR code stopped working and nobody was answering my calls at the entrance to the parking. Trying to get a help from the front desk, I discovered that it was unattended. The time was 8am, not too early. I'm not sure why all receptionists abandoned it. I waited for a long time, nobody comes. Then, I asked the guard at the entrance to help me to enter the parking. He kindly agreed and kept his efforts to help us as much as he could. Unfortunately, he was unable to open the exit gate for us. He dialed different phone numbers but some did not respond while others were able to help. Finally, other guest opened the gate for us with her own QR code.
On the previous day, we observed as other guest was stuck at the parking exit. There is only one exit gate, the other is closed. So, we waited for 10 min or so while the guest was struggling to get out. Possibly, his calls were unanswered too.
