The hotel is okay with a modern design, but the room felt old.

L'hotel è molto gradevole: arredi nuovi e design accattivante. Belle e pulite sia le stanze che le zone comuni. La logistica è favorevole per i vari spostamenti, la navetta dell'hotel è disponibile gratuitamente entro le tre miglia e dalle 7 alle 11 accompagna in aeroporto. Il personale è professionale e cortese e costituisce il plus di questo hotel. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura; se dovessi tornare a Tampa saprei già dove alloggiare.

Everything was beautiful. Hotel is beautiful in itself. Parking was not bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Unknown bugs bit me, second room had roachs and crickets crawling around.

Beautiful hotel great stay

I loved the time in this hotel

The room was in great condition, and the bed was comfortable. I guess the only thing I had was the towels. You guys could definitely upgrade to soft towels.

I love the view from my room. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of issues with the plumping the weekend we stayed. Even with that happening the staff took care of us and helped us out right away any time we needed it. Outside of that it was a great stay. I would recommend and I would stay again.

We were visiting a friend of ours. This hotel was clean, renovated and had great amenities. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in Tampa. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Great value!

It was clean and accessible to the city

We had a very challenging stay. We were moved four times to different rooms. The first two rooms had very noisy air conditioners, and in the third room we were awakened early in the morning by water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our bed. We had to jump out, quickly pack up, and head down to the lobby. Our final room was not the suite we had originally booked, and while the AC was also very noisy, we were so tired of moving that we just endured it—along with an uncomfortable bed and pillows. Later, the hotel did call to say a suite was available, but by then we had already settled in, and after so much disruption we were too exhausted and honestly a bit traumatized to move yet again. On the positive side, the staff did compensate us for one night’s stay and also covered breakfast and parking, which we appreciated. However, overall the experience was stressful, and unfortunately, we would not stay here again despite the good customer service.

Loved the property, location, and especially the rooms. Only issue was that I could not use the closet. It smelled moldy, musty, and old. You could also smell it with the door closed.
