At least, having free coffee in the lobby for your patronage would be nice

Very nice hotel.

The property is located in downtown Silver Spring on the main thoroughfare that goes through DC and out into Maryland. the hotel is about five blocks from the Metro Subway system. The front desk staff person was extremely helpful and efficient; she even gave us cookies. I was pleased with the experience.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, what I dont like is the $300 hold they placed on my card while I was there.

Parking was a little tight for our truck but otherwise very nice hotel!

Beds were terrible- can feel the wires of the mattress foundations. Beds had a hard crest in the middle. Body and back ached after staying two nights- never again!

Great stay always

We arrived at hotel in the morning. The hotel allowed us to check in early so we can rest. The property condition is good. Parking is easy.

There was a continual wait for the elevator no matter what floor you were on. Additionally, you had to return to the lobyy anytime that you wanted ice.

My reservation was supposed to have come with breakfast but they charged me $23 and $24 parking. This is expenses unplanned.

Great for a concert at the Fillmore

We just stayed one night on our way home from a vacation. The hotel was impeccable.

Location is great! I would have given five stars if the room itself was better.The room was very dark.Not what I’m use to from Hilton.A bright remodel is call for. I’m an older adult and come to visit to just get away and see a couple of old friends, I’m in my room a lot so a nice room is a must for me.Not sure if I’ll use this hotel again.
