No issues had a pleasant stay, the rooms are in a desperate need of an update though. The restaurants at the property are amazing especially the Iranian & the Lebanese restaurants, highly recommended.

The hotel is near to Kuwait airport. The area around is very safe and everything is walkable. Some staff are very professional and helpful and some need improvement in communication skills which something could be looked at by managers. I really appreciate the free shuttle airport service.

I like the room service and how safe it was.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was a good place to stay. There were many restaurants in the plaza, same building area, so easy to get to. The meals I had were very good. The only downside is there really isn't anything around the hotel, so while you have many options inside, that's pretty much it. But, I would stay again for close to the airport.

We were there do only a night so it is hard to judge, but the staff was very helpful and professional.

Excellent hotel and super friendly staff. It was a short stay but very memorable. I truly wish I had more days to enjoy all the restaurants and facilities.

This is an excellent hotel in a vicinity of Kuwait International Airport. It has outdoor and indoor pool, gym and eight restaurants as well as some shops. Crowne Plaza Hotel is in the same building.
