I liked the decorator that was used for hotel. Created a lovely surroundings.

I was staying with Sonesta last week for a business trip. The room was nice and clean, the hotel was well facilitated with a cafe during the day and a restaurant+bar in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful and I would recommend to anyone to stay here. 5 stars!

I requested housekeeping to clean my room but received no response. I had to request it again the next day before they finally cleaned and changed the towels. The room next door is a staff entrance, and the door opening and closing noises were loud even late at night. I was scared, wondering if someone was opening my door.

Bathroom in our room was filthy

Hotel is neat and aesthetically pleasing. Top notch customer service. Decent dining option and variety of breakfast options.

Used the hotel shuttle, which worked out perfectly, check-in was smooth, and the room was very modern and clean. Also a really good omelette for breakfast. Only downside is a destination or resort fee.

Thoughtful staff, clean and convenient location

I had to work too hard when I got to this hotel. The parking app was a nightmare. My upgrade was to two different rooms connected by doors. Not a suite upgrade as promised. As a result, check-in took much longer than it should have. Personnel. Very nice but again I had to work too hard to get the room I wanted and expected.

it is a beautiful hotel & staff very nice , the manager went out of his way in helping me with the parking app . the only negative thing I could say was that the bed was not comfortable , otherwise I would have rated it a 5 star.

I normally stay at the Marriott but I thought I’d try Sonesta. Why a destination fee ? I’ve never paid that before Also our room was not serviced while we were out - we were never told that this would be skipped. Loved the location and the feel of the hotel but wish service and fees were a little more user friendly.
