Exceeded my expectations

Pretty disappointed overall and I was surprised that it wasn’t better as it was not the cheapest place I could’ve stayed. The bed had crumbs in it and the air conditioner didn’t work at keeping the room cool much at all. Set it to 67 it was 73 at best not comfortable to sleep in that in the least.

One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed it. This stay has gotten me to keep Double Tree Hiltons in mind whenever I book a hotel somewhere again.

Good stay, nice staff

This hotel is at walking distance for shopping,museums, concerts and bars. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was kept warm, fresh and delicious.

Staff was great!

Plumbing is horrible. Water backs up in sunks and showers. They moved us and it still happened. Our 1st room thermostat broken as well. They did try to be accommodating but over all poor condition. Had much better condition in hotels for les than half the price.

Front Desk was very helpful. Bartender was very helpful. She gave us several recommendations on where to go.

We had a concert so decided to stay overnight. Check-in was simple. Staff was super nice. Room was good, comfy bed. Easy walk to the Fiserv Forum. The cookies were sooo good. We'd stay here again.

We had a great stay. The only part was the loud noise/sirens outside the hotel near midnight. Otherwise everything was perfect with the hotel stay!

The sun deck was such a wonderful place to have our large group meet to hang out together. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our unusual requests.

Comfortable bed, powerful shower nice breakfast buffet. All staff were kind and helpful!

Really enjoyed a brief stay here. We were in town for a birthday party at a nearby brewery, and had a large group of family and friends coming in from different directions at different times, and the staff handled everything perfectly — from parking to checking in early to accommodating our group in the lobby late in the evening. Very clean, modern and a nice location that is a 10-15 minute walk to the river, Fiserv Forum, brewer's row, etc.
