Location is great, cozy hotel, wonderful stay

Overall so far so good, facility and Cleanliness not very good. Good location. I stay for a week, one day I found the Windows is unlocked and fully opened. Let me feel not good and not safe. I check the Windows lock everyday for safety reason.

I didn’t think it was a give star hotel . The rooftop was ok but the pool was very small. I had problems with the toilet twice . I wouldn’t go back again .

The location was great, close to the metro, bus stops, close to many attractions. Room was very clean with beautiful views. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The location of the hotel is quite good, but the service attitude of the staff was truly shocking. The front desk staff were impatient, indifferent, and even mocked the guests. This is the first time in my life I have ever encountered such treatment. Before choosing this hotel, we had read reviews and carefully compared different options before deciding to stay here. I suggest that anyone considering this hotel think twice before booking.

Great Hotel in a great area. the rooftop pool is a plus after a long hot day. great restaurants around.

Leider ist das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben total abgewohnt gewesen. Kaffe Flecken auf dem Nachttisch, kaputte Steckdosen und abgewohnte Möbel mit Löchern. Die liegen am Pool sind viel zu wenig, man bekommt kaum einen Platz. Die Lage hingegen ist hervorragend.

Hôtel parfait et très bien situé. Les chambres spacieuses avec la terrasse qui est un vrai plus. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est très agréable. Nous y retournerons assurément lors d’un prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Emplacement idéal. Chambre confortable / suite agréable et spacieuse. Salle de douche de taille restreinte, sans baignoire. Personnel agréable et bon niveau de service (bien que certaines prestations basiques en chambre soient devenues payantes). Jolie piscine en rooftop avec vue imprenable sur la ville. A renouveler.

Excelente ubicación

While the location of this property is undeniably excellent, everything else fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. I would generously rate it at 3 stars maximum. The interior felt dated and worn, with damaged furniture, strange layouts, and an overall lack of upkeep. The design choices were confusing—particularly in my room, where the hallway had a frosted glass window with no curtain, offering minimal privacy. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never encountered such an odd and impractical design. The check-in process was also poorly organized, with a queue forming in front of the entrance, obstructing access to the elevator and creating an awkward flow. In short, this property is in serious need of renovation and modernization. It simply does not look like a 5-star hotel to me.

The prefect location for first timers. The only downside is the rooftop bar open to the pubic and you as a guest have to wait to get a table.
