我订的是一个套房，非常适合一家三口出行，如果客厅再多一张沙发床，那性价比就perfect了，房价在美国中高档酒店中还是很适中的，但加床要钱，停车额外收费，总价就不低了，但毕竟是在华盛顿，下次去还会再住！

Located in Georgetown where it is safe and approachable to visit! The Service is fast and efficient, particularly the check-in and check-out parts! The beds are comfortable enough for staying! However, the breakfast is not really impressive and many noise from the street during the weekends!

酒店位置很好，周围环境非常安静。房间够大，很干净，就是隔音不是很好。酒店游泳池在旁边的公寓楼里面，泳池很小，也没有locker room, 似乎和park Hyatt 的档次不太相符。总体感觉还不错，可以推荐。

the location of this hotel is very convenient to see any famous landscape.

It was good. Better than after covid when the rooms weren't too clean. I still think the shower area hasn't aged well and looks dirty. There should be a bit more recognition of the guests staying there. I was a bit insulted when my server was pressing me for my room number when my son said I was staying there. Said people often leave without paying? Very strange and uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel with great customer service

Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very friendly and made me feel like at home. Amazing huge bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, had big table that was quite useful for room service. Food from room service was delicious as well. The only drawback is that you can hear ppl slamming doors in the hallway starting from like 5am, that was quite annoying, but other than that i can't complain.

Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There were curtains on part of the windows and not the rest and the toilet was in the closet, literally. I asked management to contact me and they didn’t . Do not stay in room 831.

Property was centrally located. We left for 8 hours during the day and nobody came to clean up or enter room. We didn’t leave the sign it was occupied.

This property is not to the standard/expectation for a Park Hyatt hotel—a bit more tired/run down and no charm/IKEA look and feel.
