this is a perfect hotel.

地理位置很好，离白宫走路大概十几分钟。方便。套房房间很大，有两个queen size的床，客厅有一个沙发，还有厨房，有餐具，锅等。冰箱也是大的，如果你需要可以做饭。含早餐，就是停车要差不多＄50。总体感觉不错

房间很大，厨房电器用品都齐全，早餐品种单一，但是免费的。只是住宿期间还在装修，有噪音。位置很好，离白宫、乔治华盛顿大学很近。

Excellent, my second time in DC

The Foggy Bottom area is nice to stay in, and the Metro was only 4 minutes walk away. The beds and pillows were pretty stiff and dated, but everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was great! There were lots of hot options and they changed things up every day. I recommend using spot hero to find parking offsite, as we were able to pay around $40 a day versus the $60 a day that the hotel charges.

The desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. 24 hours snacks were reasonably priced. The location is perfect: safe, within walking distance of the waterfront and Georgetown shops a quick Uber drive to anywhere on the mall for under $15. The underground parking is tight, you really won’t fit if you have a big car! Watch out for the $10 parking tax on top of their daily fee. Our family had an excellent time in Washington DC and the residence. Inn was the perfect place to set up our home base.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was not great. The eggs and vegetables were soggy and not enjoyable, but the waffles were a great option.

Plenty of space for me and my family of 6. Loved the separate living room area.

Overall wonderful hotel for families with spacious rooms and plenty of beds. Hotel is a bit outdated however and breakfast was super crowded at 9am. Good price and good area to be in between the National Mall, Downtown, and Georgetown.

High prices for very old bad smell hotel….
