My room was cleaned every day and that was exceptional, but the pillows were very bad. One of the pillows was like 20 years old - lumpy and falling apart and the pillowcases thin.

Stayed here quite often , but will not stay again . After paying a cancellation fee for delaying my trip with a few days I could not cancel one night without paying another cancelation fee. Hotel management is not flexible at all on changes that can happen last minute for traveling sales guy . They just lost a frequent guest to their hotel

Dry nice and clean hotel.

Staff was fine. Efficient and friendly. The facilities, while clearly being renovated, needs a lot of attention. What has been remodeled is of low quality products and workmanship. Potholes in parking lot. Poorly lit and no signs indicating construction and progress. Rooms are clean. Dated, but clean. Being warned of charges ranging from $40 to $250 immediately upon arrival, is off-putting. Have never been charged $40 in advance for "incidentals", but I was informed it would be refunded if no charges are incurred. They have my card. Staff was excellent. Facilities needs work. Good value.

I was happy with most everything about this property except, I called the number to find out what time breakfast ended and the man (must have been corporate and not direct hotel #) told me 10 am...I was working at 5 am so hurriedly went back to the hotel at 920 to be told it was done at 9 am.....that didn't make me very happy...but it was a small issue comparitively

The floor felt sticky and wet/moist. Also paint was peeling off doors

The place is huge!! The overall feel is good but you can tell the rooms and overall place is a bit run down. Either way, the service was great and breakfast was good.

Great staff very helpful pool was nice looked clean. Kids had a fun. Great room comfortable beds.

The only negative was that the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This is a big place with a great bar and restaurant. It’s a decent place and the price is fair. It’s an older hotel but kept up well. The staff is also very nice.

Customer service was good, breakfast was great. Rooms are very outdated. Slight smoke smell in our room. Carpet in hallway was coming apart, making a tripping hazard.

If we fly from Pasco we will stay here again.

For the price its alright, the facility needs to be updated.
