旅館設備老舊，房間小，不值得住。經理服務態度最差。

Nice hotel

入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。

Very nice

This hotel is lovely. The hotel restaurant is very good with great service. It is not in a pedestrian only area which would have been quieter. My room faced the street and not the inner courtyard. There was a pub on the corner that blasted music every single night of my stay until 1130 pm. Which truly annoyed me. Ask for an inner courtyard facing room. Overall though I really enjoyed. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are big and lovely.

The location is great, everything is walking distance approximately 15-20 minutes walk to the the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps. Staff at the front desk were all amazing and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and anything we needed was brought up very quickly. Would definitely return again.

Sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas größer sein (zB. es gab nur Butter, keine weiteren Aufstriche, und nur Rührei aber kein weiches/hartes Ein oder Spiegelei). Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau! Würde wieder hinfahren!

The metro runs under this hotel so depending on your rooms location how much this impacts you. We had a noisy room which shook every time a train went underneath.

築年数は経っていますが清潔にされていて快適なステイでした！水回りが綺麗にされていたのと、バスタブがあったのも良かった！あと水回りが広かった。ホテルについているボディソープがとってもいい香りでした。ホテルマンの方もみんな親切でしたよ。

This is our second time to stay at this facility. Great place to stay and its location is very good as well. Very happy with the staff, room and food.

Excellent historical building with large rooms and bathroom which is not common in Italy.
