住點無可挑剔，到知名咖啡，名店，餐廳都步行可到

對我來說 這是很方便的旅館 每次參團來旅遊的親朋好友都住在附近的旅館 我跟他們見面很方便 喝咖啡 聊天都很棒 又是在 行人徒步區 早上 清潔人員 沒敲門 開了兩次門 未到 中午十二點 還未到退房時間 實在很不禮貌和沒有安全感 已告知過櫃台人員⋯ 希望有所改進⋯

酒店比較舊, 房間細，勝在位置鄰近聖斯德望主教座堂及格拉本大街。

房間升級裡面超棒的！非常舒適，離地鐵站近、逛街十分方便

Very convenient location close to both Opera House and Stephen cathedral, also a few minute walk to a subway station. Plenty of choices for shopping and restaurants. Clean room and nice amenities. Beds are comfortable. Friendly staff.And reasonably priced.

No amenities in rooms and very loud outside in the early mornings with services etc

Auf der Website ist eine Öffnungszeit der Bar bis täglich 24.00 Uhr veröffentlicht. Wir wurde nur widerwillige um 21.15 Uhr bedient, mussten drinnen Platz nehmen und wurden um 22.00 Uhr zum "Gehen" eingeladen. Schade, an diesem Abend entging der Hotel einiges an Umsatz.
