Nice place to stay!

Nice staff here to help me check in after midnight!

前台check in的时候刷卡业务不熟悉，

The actual payment is greater than the booking payment. I asked the attendant why I paid $30 more and told me that I would get a refund. I have not received the refund so far.

Not dirty but not clean looking. Think it’s dumb to pay for parking if you’re staying at the hotel. Probably won’t stay here again.

Great property 1.3 miles from PDX. The hotel was clean. The staff was good. It served his purpose. The beds are super comfortable.

The staff member checking us in was lovely and friendly! The room however appeared clean until we noticed that the bathroom unfortunately was crawling with ants. Otherwise great stay

The bed was perfect. If you need a ride anywhere it’s provided. It’s obviously an older place but I’m an older person. It was clean quiet convenient and cheap!

Unable to get wake up call because phone doesnt work. Also alarm radio in room does not work. Was placed inthe last room, very far from lobby with cars parking right outside my window, so heard everyone locking there cars and talking. Rooms also verythin, lots of noise in hallway.

This property gives me exactly what I need , an easy place to rest between flights. And it is exactly what you pay for. No frills. Basic but clean and staff is professional.

It was great, but it was noisy, the jets started taking off at 6am & it was impossible to sleep through that.

The staff at the Red Lion when I went there were all just absolutely phenomenal, such lovely people to have real conversations with that make you feel at home. It’s not the fanciest hotel in the area, but you’re treated like a person rather than a client and I loved that.

Very close to the airport with a free shuttle. Clean comfortable surprisingly quiet room (there is a parking lot for 2 small hotels). Desk staff friendly and helpful.

The window was broken, toilet plugged, the door knob super loose. The room smelled and the front desk was rude. I did not sleep and will NEVER stay here again.

Floor was so dirty I wouldn’t walk barefoot in room. Mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff were rude and unprofessional.

Wonderful experience. Checked me in early when room became available. Customer service top notch..
