We truly enjoyed our stay here!

We just stayed at this resort on Labor Day in room 1710 & to our surprise the bed was great and comfortable, one of the main reasons we chose to stay here again! However this time we stayed in 1702 and the bed was AWFUL and my husband and myself are both going to need to go see our chiropractor as soon as we get home. My husband also has medication that needs to stay cold, but upon getting to our room the fridge wasn’t even on and the room had a weird smell like someone had blow out a candle. On our way out for dinner I stopped at the front desk and told them about the fridge and when we came back later I was told someone had unplugged it. The maintenance person was very helpful and plugged it back in, thank goodness. I’m not sure why the beds aren’t the same level of comfort when it comes to ALL the honeymoon suites. I’m not sure we would stay here again unless we were guaranteed room 1710

I like that the hotel was exceptionally clean, the only thing i diddnt like is check in isnt until 4 oclock in the afternoon.

The perfect place to stay with your family super close to all activities and plenty to do for the kids! We all loved the water slides. We have a 5 and 6 year old and we also enjoyed the bigger slides ourselves. They have a very fun arcade and a lot of kid friendly activities depending on the season!

This was our second stay here at Country Cascades and it is truly our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge! The employees are so friendly and the hotel itself is so clean! The amenities are great and you could never leave the hotel and have plenty to do!

My children really loved being here. There were so many kid friendly activities and the staff was so nice. The pool, the arcade, the bowling and mining areas. It was a one stop shop.

Great experience. Needed a break during a long drive and was beyond pleased with the facilities. Great staff, clean, and amenities galore. Will be returning with family to get to enjoy the full package experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had activities for the kids. Great central location and nice rooms which were affordable. My boys liked the waterpark. My 2 complaints are the lifeguards weren't really working but chatting to each other on their walkie talkies and when I called she said outdoor waterpark closes mid-Oct but failed to mention only the pool is open during the week, and slides and splashpad only open on the weekends. We survived but would have been nice to know.

Great property for families with elementary age children. The Indoor Waterpark was smaller so it was not at all crowded but still had plenty of slides to keep the kids entertained! Onsite activities are nice but there is plenty of other stuff in the area with The Island being just across the street.

Everything about this place was amazing. We just had a quick get away and went to Dollywood. The room was awesome especially if you have kids it sent them on a treasure hunt to unlock the safe in the room. They got toys and candy. We loved it here.

Staff is WONDERFUL! Last minute getaway and found this Gem for a Remarkable price. From the first call to check about late evening arrival, check in, morning coffee at Refuel, housekeeping bringing fresh towels & emptying our trash after our first night, to our checkout today, the Crew is Amazing. Prices are fair for food and goodies, activities available all day for kiddos and families, and a waterpark!?! We will definitely be going back.
