The staff was professional and courteous. The room was adequate and fine.
Other comments: I know things in a hotel can be expensive but when you order an 8 oz steak for $63 dollars and have pay extra for sides/vegetables’ this is unsatisfactory.
Handicap issues. Due to the fact that the lobby/check in is 2 flights above valet parking there was no wheel chair availability. My wife is handicapped and has limited ability to walk and according to the valet staff, who also very professional and courteous said it would take up to 30 minutes to get a wheel chair from security. Aids for handicap use should be readily available.
Next time I am in Reno I will not stay at the SL.
