酒店地处市中心，出行方便。客房宽大，设施较好。唯一遗憾的是洗澡盆排水不畅，有堵塞。

很适合去Zaragoza玩的人！离所有景点都较近 交通方便 走路最多二十分钟就都到了！酒店人员会简单的英语 就是酒店内无热水可以饮用！中国人可自行携带热水器！

Near from shopping center, bus stop and tram station. Friendly stuff and free coffee service is very useful for the day we need to go out before the hotel's breakfast time . The signboard is changed (different from the photos). Needed to ask someone to find the hotel.

Albergo bello e accogliente

Nice hotel but no ev charging point as listed on website. One of the main reasons for picking that location. Very disappointing and caused anxiety.

Struttura un po' datata, ma ben tenuta. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Durante mi estancia había ruidos de obra desde tempranas horas de la mañana. El desayuno buffet es muy poco variado; los platos, tazas y vasos no estaban totalmente limpios. El minibar sólo contenía una botella de agua. La tele era pequeña, no estaba alineada con la cama y tenía muchos canales sin señal. La bañera era pequeña, no te puedes dar un baño tumbado. En dos ocasiones tuve que solucionar el problema de que la tarjeta no me habría la puerta. Tenía que desenchufar la TV y el teléfono fijo de la habitación cuando quería cargar 2 dispositivos

Se trata de un hotel céntrico, muy bien comunicado por bus, tranvía y tren, a escasamente 15-20 minutos de la plaza del Pilar y de la zona histórica, situado en zona comercial; no nos gustó el restaurante, en el que solo servían el desayuno, ni, por supuesto, el tremendo ruido de las cisternas de los lavabos, que se oían a distancia; por lo demás, todo muy bien y trato agradable.

I like that this type of hotels still exist, that hasn't redocrated themselves into being super expensive. Here you get a classic Spanish hotel very central and to a very good price. Easy to get around in Zaragoza - 20 minutes walk to both La Romareda and old town, and a tram station just outside. I hope they keep it like this and dont modernise and push up the prices cause this is perfect. Nice and helpfull staff too. Truly recommend staying here.

Me gusto que tiene una buena ubicación para el casco antiguo no me gusto las instalaciones muy antiguo todo sin mantenimiento nos encontramos los azulejos del baño rotos lo comunique en recepción y no hicieron nada
