一進房間就聞到濃濃的煙味，而且之前住客用浴帽遮蓋住煙霧感知器卻未見酒店清潔員發現及拆除，此外陽台上還有之前住客留下的空啤酒罐。而我們家人住的另一房間有提供電熱水壺，當我詢問前檯是否能提供時，答案竟然是因為有些設備故障了，所以不是每個房間都提供，這也顯示了服務的不一致性。

地點好，坐巴士站下車走路就可以到達，本身是觀光巴士的第一站，飯店本身是景點，位置在最高點，旁邊就是皇宮，可以參觀一天，飯店有電梯，房間乾淨也很舒適.

復古的設計，房間空間大，比較舒適。早餐非常棒，很豐富！

飯店很有氣氛，設備很乾淨新穎。 感覺很棒，員工很友善，第二天很早還幫我們叫計程車。 建議上去的時候不要用爬的，還是搭個公車或計程車吧。 飯店內附的紀念品店有打九折但我沒去看。 訂房可以選有市景的房間，但其實就是背後的房子們還有陽台，不會有特別壯觀的景象。 如果是比較高價的房間就不知道了...

位于古城内。房间古朴典雅，门窗老式结构，开关窗门都是一种享受。有阳台，热水烫，暖气足，停车场近。性价比高。

La estancia ha ido muy bien. El personal de reservas se equivocó asignandome una cama doble pesesolicitar 2 camas individuales y a indicar que eramos dos personas. El problema se solucionó rapidamente suministrando una habitación familiar.

Esse hotel surpreendeu muito. É bem localizado, o quarto é limpo e confortável, wifi ótimo, equipe prestativa.

Bra hotell som ligger i hjärtat av Gamla stan i Toledo. Exceptionell frukost. Lite förvirrande att man går in från gatan på våning 3.

The property is very well located next to the Alcazar, Plaza Zocodover and lots of eating and shopping places. The hotel manager told us it was fine for us to use our US handicap placard to park in the handicap spots next to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel offers discounted parking at the 2 parking lots nearby.

Deception totale, accueil exécrable. Personnel, dont une petite brune en particulier, jeune très désagréable au possible. Chambre propre mais passé 5 heures douches froide !
