Everything was as expected, good hotel in good condition. My only criticism is my room had a musty smell. I dealt with it, but it seemed like the AC unit had standing water or something.

Easy to find the facility and checkin

Parking charge was $13 per night, front desk guy not very friendly, I was tired from driving 13 hours from Mexico and he was looking at me with a weird, I can say judgamental face like if I was some kind of weirdo. Room wasn’t the cleanest but a huge turndown was the dirty (stained) sheet where my 4 yr old daughter was supposed to sleep. We were too tired to call front desk, plus after the weird check in i was not comfortable to call for anything. Definitely not staying at another holiday inn in a long long time from now.

Roomed smelled musky when I walked in and eventually went away when the fan was on but, I don’t want to sleep with all that noise. So I just ignored it and got the rest I needed.

Stay was nice but stair access was weird.

Professional Staff and friendly. The room had a strong must like smell.

Clise to freeway. Close to grocery store. Clean room. The pool had a lot of sand at the bottom.

Booked a suite and when I got to the room I checked the beds and found bed beds on both beds!

I liked how it was close to legoland but not super congested. I loved the morning breakfast options! I didn’t like that my room was close to a main exit door because I heard the door slamming while trying to sleep.

Room smelling very badly

It was walking distance to the beach and only fifteen mintue drive to Lego Land

It was comfortable, quiet and breakfast was good.

Horrible smell and smoke coming from HVAC. It set off smoke alarm. They moved us to another room which also had bad smell from HVAC. We found out they turned around our original room to someone else. The rooms had a musty smell. Never enough towels in the room even though I went every day and told them about it. The breakfast was not good. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday inn express and the food was good. First time I was very disappointed with this hotel chain.
