It is fine, but not great. Food and drinks are expensive for quality provided

Rooms are a bit dated

Lovely reception, breakfast, room, gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Everything was lovely would definitely stay again.

The rooms weren't ready on arrival. The breakfast was not very good. Only 1 coffee machine working and even that one had no milk in. Food was greasy. Only 2 members of staff seemed to be working in the dining room and they were rushed off their feet on bh Monday.

Good well sited place to stay. All staff great to deal with and very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic customer service from everyone including Ball staff and hosting staff and reception couldn’t do enough for you wonderfully friendly and so helpful thank you Tudor Park we had a lovely night stay!

Helpful staff at check-in arranging room with garden view 1 issue concerning housekeeping at cheek-in you will be asked if you want daily housekeeping

Pool was lovely, as was breakfast. Lobby welcoming and clean. There was a damp/stale smell in our room which was not pleasant.

Good decent hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet, the only downside was we booked a kingsize bed and got a twin.

Beautiful grounds, facilities are top notch

Lovely comfy bed, spacious room, bathroom with actual bath, and nice toiletries. Room was very quiet. Hotel grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and spa. Dinner was okay, breakfast was very good. Drinks at the zest bar were very expensive (£7.50 Guinness and £12.50 for medium wine!)

Kleines Fenster, dass ich nur den Spalt öffnen lässt, damit wenig Möglichkeit für Frischluft. Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Im Poolbereich viel Renovierungsbedarf bei den Schließfächern. Mehr als die Hälfte der Schließfächer waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht absperren. Restaurant und Barbereich sehr gut. Zimmer ausreichend gross.

Everything as expected, happy to stay here again.

Whilst not cheap, we really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we wanted for the stay was available. The room was clean and the staff helpful. There were also separate bars - which was nice

Beautiful golf resort with nice pool surrounded by countryside.

Very nice hotel, but found it difficult to use the pool. Nobody told us children’s swimming lessons would be going on. Also using the lockers in the changing room, proved difficult for me as someone who wears glasses. I need them to put code in for locker, and again to open locker. This meant no where to put my glasses, and taking them to the pool with me, leaving them laying around.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Maria at the front desk was wonderful! She went out of he way to help me find my grandad and mothers house
