I purchased a room to stay at your hotel from the Expedia website and paid CAD 104.83 with my credit card. The receipt for this payment is attached. I do not understand why you charged my credit card a second time for CAD 132.92, including a parking fee. Immediately refund the excess payment. I must also state that I have never seen such a terrible hotel and room in my life. It is against standards to build a room by closing off a corridor and a stairwell exit. There was no desk or table to put a laptop on in the room. The bedside lamps were either broken or were made like a riddle so people couldn't turn them on. Beams of light were seeping into the room from the edges of the door and window curtains. The crookedly shaped shower and showerhead in the bathroom were also interesting. You can't take a shower without getting your hair wet. Other than a small armchair, there was no other seating in the room. Since the toilet light and ventilation were on the same switch, I had to constantly listen to that humming noise in the bathroom. The hair dryer had no cold setting, so hair had to get burned. Even the most basic hotel should have breakfast, but yours didn't. The elevator doors and the room doors were painted the same color, making them difficult to distinguish. Placing a picture of a toy pool on the website and then deceiving people at the last minute, a hotel management with this kind of mindset can be called by another name, not hotel management.
