It’s a good hotel and friendly front desk members. We love the great breakfast there and the bathtub in room007. Basically things are great. But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note on the guest information”. Please train your front desks and let them know the answers a tourist will have. So they know how to answer hotel guest or leave a note for our questions.

The hotel's proximity to the Marais (and nearby museums, restaurants, and shopping) is its strength. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms (we had two) were clean and comfortable. The biggest drawback is all rooms, except two, have showers in tubs that are high and narrow. Not easy to manage if you are not sure footed.

The best thing about villa beaumarchais was the location in Le Marais Paris. The staff Imad at reception was so helpful but the room smelled when we arrived. The cabinets in the room don t close. The bathroom is so old and the bath so high u can brake a leg when getting out. Carpets r old and smelly. Dommage cause this hotel has so much potential it needs a big makeover.

The room was a good size. Breakfast was good. While this may have been a 4* in its heyday, it just isn’t now. Old and tired, room needed work and update, Too pricey for what was offered.

Nice, clean friendly staff. Close to tourist sites but far enough away that you don’t feel like a tourist.

Lovely, quiet hotel. A little pricey for what you get but charming nonetheless. (It is Paris afterall) Very convenient and the breakfast was delicious. We walked everywhere and restaurants were very close. Great vintage shops nearby. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing and my stay there. I would highly recommend it: fabulous area, close to métro and bus, easy to get to, nice to come back to after being out in Paris all day.

The main issue with cleanliness of the room, such as dust on the lampshades and some staining in the bathroom. With the hotel itself is in an accident location and a lovely environment.

Lugar accesible, muy bien ubicado y comunicado, estación del metro a unos pasos, seguro y dentro el hotel muy silencioso. Céntrico, ideal para salir a caminar y encontrar bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Todo pasó muy bien.

This was our first stay in Paris and this cute boutique hotel was our stay for 8 nights. It was a great hotel, though dated, but that didn’t effect our stay at all
