i have booked the executive room and found out the AC is not working properly and requested to change room, the reception staff is quick respond and take action immediately that impressed me of their effociency. i am happy with their services

We stated at this lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Dijon historic city centre in late August 2025. Service was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by duty manager ‘Brice’ who spoke fluent English and arranged secure car parking for our BMW at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was superb – the steak was perfectly cooked (one of the best we had during our holiday in France) , the side dishes were great and the wine recommended by the waiter was excellent as were the starters and dessert. The food in fact was better, and more satisfying than in a Michelin restaurant we subsequently visited in another French city. There is a bar in the hotel which serves great cocktails and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious – furbished to modern standards –including very good air conditioning (important in the summer) and a large en suite bathroom, and large comfortable bed. It was also quiet and we had good sleep after a long journey. Dijon city centre is very picturesque and is literally on the doorstep from the hotel making it easy to explore on foot, which we did after dinner. Breakfast was substantial with a good choice of hot food and a continental style buffet, coffee and fresh fruit juice etc. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and the refurbishments have improved it even more. Great place from which to explore the city.

Great restaurant recommendation by check in staff. Gave us a map and called restaurant to check we could get in as it was quite late. Beds were great. Lovely old room. Great with our kids.

Great location on the edge of Dijon Old Town. Staff were very helpful. Standard room was small but clean and bed was very comfortable. Private parking needs to be booked but there is a public carpark opposite. Be aware that restaurant and bar are closed on a Sunday, which we didn't know until we arrived. A few restaurants open nearby so not all was lost!

Hotel bem localizado e no geral tudo bom

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Very nice upgraded hotel, rooms are nicely appointed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a good location, close to town center.

Un hôtel bien situé, tranquille avec une jolie cour intérieure. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de la chambre et le petit-déjeuner varié. Le personnel est très sympathique.

The reception staff here are absolutely excellent. Location is fantastic. The only negative is my room was located above the bar so it was quite loud. Given the price of the room, I was disappointed with this.

We would definitely stay here again. The hotel was quiet, clean and easy to be in! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dining room is exceptional!!
