Terrible,

有两家温德姆，容易搞错。房间宽敞。

I only stayed two nights and was bitten by bedbugs all over my body. I was really helpless.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice hot water but there were cockaroaches in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t great. I just grab a cup of orange juice to go. Affordable place to stay.

Nice staff but the whole property had a bad smell. The lobby, the elevators, our room was the worst. Breakfast variety was bad as well (no meat etc.)

I’m only leaving a 3 star review because of the price… this place was awful! First of all the sofa sleeper is an absolute joke. We pulled it out to get it ready for our kids & there was no bedding provided, even though we reserved the room for 4 people. Also, the mattress was about 3 inches thick & had springs sticking out of it. I called the front desk to ask for them to bring me bedding & some kind of a mattress topper & explained why, or to switch our room to a double, & she said “come to the front desk” so I did. When I got there, I requested a mattress topper again, or for our room to be switched, because it was a different person than who I talked to on the phone, he said “we don’t have anything like that, but I will give you an extra blanket” & wouldn’t switch our room because we had already used it. He handed me a blanket that was about as thick as a baby receiving blanket. I go back to our room, make their bed & as soon as the kids got on the bed, they both said “we cannot sleep on this, it’s so uncomfortable” so we folded the couch back up & made them a pallet on floor, which they said was more comfortable than the bed. 2nd, I specifically wanted a hotel with a hot tub, & theirs was drained, so we didn’t get to use it. 3rd, there were only 2 towels provided & again, 4 people, so my husband went to ask for towels and they gave us POOL towels that were small & scratchy. 4th, hair all over the sink & shower & the plug wouldn’t work in the tub. NEVER AGAIN!

When called to book room was told they had 24hr airport shuttle but when arrived they do not. Place needs some tlc all around. When asked for some help from front desk she was nice asked the manager but he was unwilling to help.

The rooms are dirty and not well-lit with lighting options. The pool hours were a bummer because we wanted to sim and never could do to it closing too early. The breakfast was minimal. You guys need to put some money and fix little things to make it not look so terrible. It's a room if you're on a budget, but It's not a nice hotel at all!

Not pleased

My bestie and I had a girls weekend and we loved the room! Beautiful, big, and that TUB!!!!! Definitely will start again.

The bathroom still had pee stains on toilet the shower head leaking how to turn shower on didnt work properly the mat in bat tub yellow and under it turned bathtub yellow towel wasnt even folded correctly on rack it looked like some one just threw it up on rack the women at front when checking in had major attitude

Convenient location,,parking ,near the airport many restaurants across the street

No wifi, could not change the tv channel. Was there for four days and they could never produce wifi. Had to check out and go to another hotel

The lobby of the hotel was stuffy, hot and stinky. The hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty. My room was ok. The air did work and the bed was ok

Its good for the price most part

First room I was given had a broken toilet seat and the TV didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes to check in even though there were two persons working the desk. One was working and the other was just ignoring everyone. They also spoke in their native tongue to each other which seemed unusual and unreasonable.

Clean room and felt safe

Room had clearly not been cleaned before we checked in, as evidenced by dirty sheets, mold in drawer, trash in the trashcan, etc. Had to fight for over two hours to get moved to a clean room.

It was filthy on the outside and one side door was broken.
