The staff at the reception desk and the concierges were really nice. I thought everyone had a good personality. My only issue was with the bar area, but this may be a different management. The bartender was nice, but the last day of our stay he wasnt there. 4 people were trying to serve 6 or y7 tables and it was a disaster. The pasta was terrible and cold, one young waitress kept walking by and couldnt help anyone, and there was no real bartender. Every drink order took forever.. That was august 17th.

The customer service is excellent but the guest rooms are a bit dated

The location of the hotel was great, room was quiet and comfortable, loved the lobby bar/restaurant, and the staff was really excellent.

Always great to be back a the Omni. Truly lovely, caring, professional staff that will make you feel right at home. From the minute you step through the lobby you will feel the warmth of this lovely classic hotel right in the heart of Montreal. Just steps from the beautiful McGill campus, great restaurants and shopping plus Mont Royal if you're up for a hike! And a Starbucks on the corner. What more could you ask for?!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Omni. The location is very convenient, and the staff was amazing. They have a very well-equipped gym that I used during my stay.

Great location! A little dated. But easy to get in and out of to the action of downtown.
