Clean room and friendly environment and staff

It waa so close to walk to old town san diego only one block away.

I appreciate the check out at 12pm. What I didn’t like was that i had the door open twice from cleaning crew way before our check out time. One after 10 am and then again at 11am. I understand they have many rooms to clean but it felt rushed and an invasión of privacy having the door be opened without notice. At least knock. If you can’t find street parking you can park inside the hotel for a $30ish fee. Over all it was clean, quiet, and the dark room drapes were nice.

only issue was parking, beware there’s barely any but other than that the stay was amazing, very quiet and SUPER COMFY BED! Had a great time :)

I really love the hotel, starting from the check in (the gentlemen was very professional and great attitude) to the cleanest of the room. I wish I could have more time to enjoy the facilities.

We checked in and walked to a room that was visibly dirty, beds undone, trash from previous person staying there. Reported to front desk and was given a different room

The staff was nice but they promised a room in the annex the second night of our stay. It wasn't available because of deep cleaning was being done for the entire annex. The next day I asked to change rooms and they said it still wasn't available because of deep cleaning. No rooms were available in the annex. Outside areas of the hotels were very dirty. Would not stay there again. You charge for parking. That's ridiculous in Old Town. Very disappointed.

Great location and many great food choices around here

We've stayed there for several years when we come to SD once a year. The only issue that I found is my daughter and Son-in-law stayed in the annex across the parking lot and the carpet as you enter the first florr is disgusting. I believe my daughter said that their rooms floor were prety bad too.

Property is located within walking distance to old town restaurants and town center. Property is very clean and staff very friendly. The only negative is that they charge for parking $30 per day which is quite high. I
