Nice atmosphere, clean and cool room.... The less pleasant thing is: the receptionist's slow work and everything has to be paid for, like we borrowed a knife and plate to eat papaya in the room, charged RM 5. It's not much, but it's never happened before when I stayed at other hotels. The check-in time took 3 hours, because of the complexity of their system and it seems they didn't leave any notes or anything for our reservation. Stayed for 8 days 7 nights with 2 of the same rooms.. Plus extra bed and breakfast.... Every time we wanted breakfast, we would have to confirm that this room had an extra person who had been paid for... Imagine having to repeat this every day when meeting different staff... Even when checking out... Our credit card used for a deposit of RM 1,500 had to be swiped twice because the payment was forgotten to be inputted.. I don't blame the staff who served our check-out... The staff who served us at check-in should have left a note so that the checkout process could be faster with a clear calculation. We were required to repeat the same explanation again when checking in. Even when it was finished, we asked for a receipt, but were told it would be emailed and in a hurry.. The Grab car arrived to pick us up at the airport. The process took about an hour in a state of anger... Hopefully Hilton can fix its system and employee training... 90% of the employees are very friendly and helpful.. However, there are some people we meet every day,
