Where do I begin.. Reception couldn’t locate our name/ reservation and instead of asking for confirmation number to help us out. Automatically began telling us we have no room for us and that they don’t have any rooms available and that we needed to call Expedia. After my wife offered them the confirmation #, they located our reservation. Our room was dirty, with very bad odor and the bed was broken with a huge dent on the left side, very difficult to sleep. We stayed two night, both nights from 1am to 3am, other customers were yelling, cursing and some even threatening violence with the others. No respect for other paying customers who were just trying to rest. Breakfast NOT included..Lastly it was unfortunate to see a homeless person inside the parking lot garage laying near the ticket pay booth.
Overall terrible stay.. was not expecting a five star for the price but at least an odorless room with a bit of silence at 3am for us to sleep.
