Super friendly and helpful staff. Good food and a great pub located in the hotel.

Comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located near the airport — perfect for our one-night stay. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend for travelers looking for both comfort and convenience!

Great stay at the Shannon Springs. The hotel is very modern. Rooms are very spacious. The bar food is excellent. Breakfast had a great selection. Great place to base yourself if visiting Bunratty Castle or the Cliffs of Moher. Staff very friendly.Would recommend

We enjoyed our brief stay. We were able to rest and it was close to popular attractions. It had a nice, free breakfast.

Did a quick road trip of Ireland and stayed in 4 different hotels in 5 days, this was by far my favorite stay. The rooms and lobby are gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, and the attached pub was great to mingle with locals. It makes me proud to be named Shannon. Will definitely be back.

Nice Caesar salad and soup for lunch in the pub. Good shrimp and pasta and a steak sandwich for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. We were early and checked in right away. Thanks. My freezer packs were put in your freezer for me, thanks. Convenient to airport.

They have a disco bar that plays loud music until 1am. We had a 5 am flight to catch and didn't get any sleep. Our bedroom walls were shaking all night from the music and couldn't sleep. We called the front desk and complained and they didn't even care. They act as if we are the problem for wanting to sleep.
