Very helpful and friendly, very welcome staff, will be back again in this hotel. Strategic location, very easy to find for foods and transportation.

Location was the best trait of this hotel. Approx. 10 mins walking to Manchester Piccadilly Train Sta. and surrounded by restaurants, mini market, shops, etc. In addition, walking to the nearest mall will only take around 5 - 7 mins. Room wasn't that big tho, for traveler(s) who carry big luggage. Other than that, everything was good.

Mixed messages about borrowing freezer to store pumped breast milk as the hotel doesn’t provide freezer in their room (which means not possible to borrow hotel’s freezer). Not recommended for moms who have to pump and store.
