Absolutely wonderful stay in the heart of Midtown!! Super friendly staff, very clean, will definitely be back

Perfect place right in the heart of Atlanta. The staff is exceptional!!

Nice downtown hotel in a cool area. Parking was really nice in a secure lot under the hotel. The parking was worth the price.

Everything was GREAT minus not having a pool

The sheets for the sofa bed were dirty (stained, with crumbs in them), one of the towels was dirty as well, the mattress had disgusting stains and even though we reported this they did nothing about it. The person on the night shift barely gave me a different set of sheets for the sofa bed and made me come down for them. The next day when asked about our room during breakfast by (I’m assuming the manager) and we complained they just said they’ll look into it but didn’t do anything about it. We had booked 2 rooms and in the second one there was a major leak on our second night that got all the bathroom floor soaked and when we reported it they were supposed to check it out and never did. We left after 2 nights and will never be coming back. The rug was extra dirty, the installations desperately need maintenance, the wand for the toilet paper in our bathroom just fell, the bathtub plug didn’t fit and even when it wasn’t on the water didn’t drain properly. The hotel is old but that’s no excuse for the filth we found.

Amazing staff: Akeino, Shonna and Kerry went above and beyond and we were there for 1 week... good location, good size room, nice kitchennette...parking is small ans tight and do get flooded ..nice breakfast with a lot of hot options... i would highly recommend

Always enjoy staying here. Very easy to park in the under-building lot. Clean rooms and building. Friendly staff. Easy to get around town with plenty to do in this area.

The AC was not working optimally. Some kind of smell in the room.

The staff was excellent. Housekeeping was great. The breakfast could be better. Overall it was wonderful.

Great service and always a great stay

The drain of bath tub was clogged, and they didn’t solve the problem for guests properly. The smell of the elevator was bad.

I didn’t like the parking garage. It was tight

The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, parking was not included, even though the parking garage was their’s. I did have to get a card from inside at customer service check-in desk. Parking was an additional $30. This information as to an additional fee for parking was not provided on Hotels.com. I was highly disgruntled.

Stayed here several times. Nice big rooms and modern hotel. Unfortunately, beds require an urgent upgrade. Matresses are very old and lost their firmness. Bed sheets are cheap and have to be replaced too.
