Our room was great it was huge and very clean but I think it would have been better if the fridge was bigger as it was really tiny and also the mattress was quite hard

It's the fourth or fifth time that we've stayed here. We stayed at the Ridges Mt. Panorama last time and it wasn't as comfortable or friendly. Always a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

I always stay here for work. Staff are great, very clean, local to pubs and shops plus no height restrictions for vehicles.

It was spacious, comfortable with a roomy bathroom. It was close to shops, and tourist attractions. The parking bay was next to the accomodation which was convenient. As far as kitchen equipment goes, it only had one frying pan and one saucepan, so limiting for meal preparation.

I always stay here when I travel for work. I absolutely love it as the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean, easy parking not matter the height of my vehicle and dinning/shopping is a quick drive or walk away.

I would appreciate it if there was a breakfast service, but other than that, I think it's good.

Only stayed a few nights but our deluxe room was quite nice really enjoyed our stay only down side was the last night was quite noisy another guest was banging and causeing a disturbance all night long other than that the stay was lovely

Louvred windows in the bathroom and no source of heating meant it was freezing in the bathroom in mid June.

It was clean & tidy. little bit basic. could do with inbuilt usb power point charges. Maybe a few more pillows.

Easy check-in and out. Nice room, good bed, great shower, very convenient location relative to the town and for the purposes of my visit.

Die Unterkunft im amerikanischen Motel-Stil hält im Wesentlichen, was sie verspricht. Wenn ich mir hier die Bilder der Unterkunft anschaue, dann sind diese allerdings vielleicht ein wenig zu positiv dargestellt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist etwas ungünstiger, da man für vergleichbaren Komfort durchaus auch schon mal ein inbegriffenes Frühstück erwarten kann. Für mich die entscheidende Frage bleibt immer, ob ich hier nochmal übernachten würde. Und diese Frage kann ich rückblickend mit "ja" beantworten. Für mehr als zwei Übernachtungen würde ich dann allerdings eine besser ausgestattete Unterkunft bevorzugen.

Easy to access, clean and well equipped. The only downside was the lack of accessible power points. Had to plug toaster into bathroom power point.

I had a booking and needed to make a change, so I was asked to call them. When I called, they couldn’t assist with the room change, and I was under the impression that my booking had been canceled. Later, I was diagnosed with cancer and didn’t notice the emails regarding my booking. By the time I tried to cancel, it was too late. They refused to offer any refund, even after I explained my situation and provided proof of my diagnosis.

Amazing location. Very close to Woolies/Coles and other shops as well as dining options. Petrol station within walking distance. Motel room amenities very helpful for a family (toaster/microwave/plates/cutlery etc. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy. Hotel rooms suitably renovated.
