The staff at the reception is nice and cordial. The property is old but spacious. Our room is without view but close to the kitchen. There is a wonderful cafe house neighboring the hotel and in the morning it is full of customers and you can get a sense of community. Riverside boardwalk under the hotel building is an additional advantage to this property.

Beautiful place to stay, central to town. Great room with plenty of space and so confortable.

Excellent location, rooms clean and tidy, food was excellent until a frozen microwave banna split spoilt the whole experience,

Typical country city hotel/motel. Very adequate. Nothing special, nothing bad.

Sliding door didn’t work properly. Coffee mugs too small bed was way too soft It was comfortable but overpriced Was in a great position though.

A convenient location and good to have free basement parking. Spacious and clean room.

On the river, nice board walk, check in easy

Typical modern motel in pretty much every way, especially the price. I got my room on special and even that was premium

Hotel is on the river. Rooms probably in need of a refurb but are spacious & clean. We ate at the RSL which was a short walk away & meals were very good. Also a pub & cafe nearby. Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay. Would definitely stay again

Short but sweet stay , clean , just had a basic room , so filling the kettle in the bathroom ect, good view and location tho

Our room only had one queen bed even though it was booked for a family of four and should have contained two queen beds. After talking to reception we got a new room with a sofa bed for our kids.

Big room, had everyrhing. Nice little seating area for a couple of drinks. Bathroom needs a proper door. Balcony only fitted air con box Needs more carparkimg for that many rooms. Restaurant needs a wider basic variety of food.

Beautiful view and lovely employees. Bed was a tad uncomfortable. Sunrise and sunset in the river were brilliant! Wish there was outdoor seating and a screen to balcony.

The property is a little tired, but it was a nice escape from modern day living. Would definitely stay here again.
