很少会在五星豪华Hotel里看见中国服务员，在这家酒店遇见三位先生 餐厅里他们操着以不熟练的国语努力跟我们交谈 看见我们高兴的眼神不停的问这问那让我鼻子一阵阵发酸，不停的告诉酒 我这个Hotel什么好吃什么符合国人的胃口 远在他乡碰见这么多善良亲切的国人 我感到幸运我很感恩

The breakfast is great. Bed is comfortable, The service compatible with other Ritz hotel. TV Can be controlled by mobile phone. Check out could be operated by TV and it's great

酒店的游泳池收费

服务质量一流，前台的Mr. Kerem超级不错，很得孩子喜欢；入住第二天是本人生日，酒店没有任何表示，第二天经要求才安排了小礼物，但当他并没送到房间；地点稍差，附近没什么好参观的。游泳池要另外收费，好像$15/位，这点不如人意

Ritz Carlton staff were courteous and professional

I loved my recent stay at Ritz-Carlton at Washington DC . The staff, from front desk to room service, friendly, polite and nice !! Special thanks to Zelli that helped me a lot understanding how metro works ! My only issue is the gym (equinox) I was never told I would be charged only for visiting the installation. I think it should be informed that the gym even a visit is not free ! .
