excellent service, very polite and helpful staffs, good location with shopping malls nearby. just 5 mins of drive from major attractions. convenient car park. spacious room. newly renovated hotel lobby.

Located at the central Kanazawa city with walking distance to key site seeing spots. Sounded with many good restaurants and select shops. Easy to find hotel location.

This is a great hotel in terms of service, location, room size, amenities..etc. Only disappointment is our room rate does not include breakfast and the rate is a bit costly, we stayed in the opposite Trusty Hotel a night before (2/11/2016) where the room rate is approx.15% cheaper and a great buffet breakfast was included too. Other than this that was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend this hotel to all traveller!!

雙床房比一般日本酒店大，本人是上午10時已到達酒店，但因未到check in 時間，所以先登記及放下行李，到 check in 時間才回酒店，酒店已先把行李送上房間，並由一位職員親自帶領我們上房，並解釋一切，很貼心，另值得一讚的，是他們的早餐很有水準，唯一不好的，是房間沒有保管箱，如再前往，仍會考慮再入住。

飯店位置無論是逛街、飲食或旅遊景點都相當方便；飯店的服務人員也非常親切！

Near bus station. Room is spacious. There are restaurants within walking distance.

千萬別被圖片迷惑了，房間小，床小，設施老舊，浴室老舊就一個拉浴帘的澡盆，唯一早餐豐富。

酒店位置佳。附近有食巿和購物的地方。前往旅遊境点也很方便。酒店內的環境也很好。房間舒適和淨潔。酒店員工的服務態度也很不錯。但是自助早餐可供選擇的食物不多，價錢比較貴！

酒店环境很好，很温馨。位置在金泽市中心，交通便利，离兼六园和近江海鲜市场都不远，周围餐馆、商场林立，非常方便。

飯店非常高雅舒適,位置在香林坊商業區,逛街購物以及餐廳用餐都非常方便.印象深刻還有櫃檯服務人員 親切安排行李保管及叫車服務,可說是非常貼心.是一次非常棒的住宿經驗!
