Ils ont faite une erreur terrible, ils ont enlever par erreur extra argent de ma carte de crédit ( 350$) Après quand j’ai retourné et demandé, ils ont dit par erreur !!!!

the staff Duchka was the one of the most nice person I met in 17th floor I lived. She care not only the room cleaned but also ou feeling. She brought her enthusiasm， kindness and her professional personality to my family . We lover her.

We appreciated that from the hotel we could walk to all the places on our agenda. Our room was very comfortable though we always prefer a bathroom that has the sink separate from the shower and commode so more than one guest can get ready simultaneously.

Attente maladroite

Manager was the Rudest little shell of a man I’ve ever encountered. How he has this position is truly a mystery. Won’t ever stay at a Fairmont again because of this man. And I’ve stayed at many.

Room not ready and kept being postponed. Promised multiple time that manager would be calling me. Contacted Fairmont this mornjng and am told too bad you booked with Expedia. Deal with them.

We had a very easy check-in. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There are many cafes nearby. The hotel's breakfast is excellent. Only $35 per person. I would stay at this hotel again.

La chambre n’était plus disponible à notre arrivée tardive. Le valet n’était pas non plus disponible pour récupérer mes clefs de voiture. Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure trente afin qu’une autre chambre soit nettoyée et enfin disponible pour nous.

Everything was excellent. I stayed during a busy weekend so there were people in the room next to me. It’s an older building so can hear neighbors through walls. The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it gets humid and wet when showering. Other than that it was excellent. Buffet breakfast has a lot of delicious options with fresh pastries, breads, lox, made to order eggs, crepes, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals and more. The beds were clean and comfortable. Best part was the Amtrak train and via rail are right below the property. Very easy to get to. Didn’t not have to navigate around u ground city to locate it. The metro is a few layers below the Amtrak and via rail and not right there but very close down the block. Excellent location for easy navigation great food options very walkable to old Montreal and old port waterfront.

Not great, considering the price. Uncomfortable bed, thermostat did nothing to control the temperature, and the toilet did not flush well. Twice I made a request of housekeeping and was told they'd be right up, and neither time did they actually show up. I expected more from a Fairmont hotel.

Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable beds. Heart of downtown, so walkable to everything. Luxurious amenities.
