Rooms are very small, bathrooms super small, and flies all over in our room. Woukd not stay again.

The worst night ever. We were on the second floor. Caution the floor noise is terrible especially if the 3rd floor decided to use it as a dance floor . We called the front desk at 10:30 pm , front desk said they will handle it... Noise kept goig at 10:50. They never did a thing. Decided at 11:18 pm. I had enough and left.

Positives: Hotel lobby and dinning area were clean and inviting. Morning breakfast options were good too. The beds were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the creek view and patio with tables in the evening. Negatives: The first room we were placed in had a really strong mildew smell and the bath tub was severely cracked and patched with epoxy glue. Between the mildew and the scent of the epoxy, we requested another room. It was better, but not great. I suppose I had higher expectations. The room lighting was dim and uninviting and still had a strong unpleasant scent in the new room. Not sure what the scent was. More epoxy glue maybe? Noise level between rooms were a little bothersome. We heard the TV and someone snoring next door in the middle of the night. Our room was right across from the dinning area so we started hearing a lot if people talking around 6 am. I probably would not stay here again.

Don't have unexpected delays in getting to this property because they will not cancel the reservation with NO refunds. We were delayed due to construction on the interstate and the 50,000 motorcycle in Sturgis but they didn't care.

Super small rooms and the hot tub wasn’t working. Too much for what it was.

Nice room and bath room; clean and quiet property; friendly staff in lobby and at breakfast; facilities are a little dated, bed average and a/c unit loud.

Convient to freeway and food. Bed and pillow were not great. Parking minimal. Staff was in the back room joking around, not at the front desk. Several services were out of order (vending, fax and pool)

Good location.

Pretty bummed to learn the pool and hot tub had been closed for weeks, but not mentioned online. We booked it in part to have those amenities for our kids, with zero empathy from the staff on this.
