Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff

Very appreciative that the staff gave us a sack breakfast since we needed to leave early to catch a plane 😊

No hot water, room smelled and not clean

We always stay at this hotel when we’re in town because of ease of getting to it and it’s consistently well kept and has breakfast available.

Unlike previous experiences at this property, the front desk person was distracted, on the phone and trying to serve at the same time. She was not welcoming nor hospitable. That was my only negative. Try to request a room away from the ice machine!

The complimentary breakfast was nice. Lots of options.

Our smoke detector battery was going dead and chirping. Front desk staff didn’t know how to change it, so my husband had to do it. Breakfast was really good, but we stayed 4 nights and it was the exact same thing every morning. Beds are firm- if you like that. Overall, it’s a great place. We felt safe, the rooms are clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a very convenient area, a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was nice

I prepaid for the room via hotels.com. At check in the staff argued with me regarding payment. Now I am double billed and could not not get anyone to answer the phone to take care of the situation. No option to leave a message just on hold forever.
